Hello Pandy

Compared to your first application, you improved, but with everything that you said I am still getting some doubts about you joining the staff team.

Some of your arguments are pretty average on why we should choose you over other people, it's difficult to say, I can tell you want to learn more BUT I wouldn't mind giving you a shot to it. I'd need to see if you can prove yourself.

I didn't see you mostly since i'm from EU so I can't judge you fairly in a way.

I am staying Neutral for now, it might change to the positive OR negative depending on the opinion of my colleagues/general opinion about you.

PS: You didn't link some of your words correctly as well, so it was a little bit difficult to understand some of your sentences. (I'm no english major but I do want to tell you.)

Your application is okay, nothing really wrong with it.

Like Florent said, your arguments are pretty average. From my point of view, I don't see anything interesting.

We don't really need to know your personal life in school.

To be honest, there was nothing exceptional in your application. At first, I was hesitant about you, but after reading it a few times, I decided that I am rather negative. 

First of all, “I've been apart of the community for a while so I know who are the good ones and who are the bad ones.”

You cannot tell who is "bad" and who is "good" by previous experience in the game. People change over time, and saying you selected some of them is really unnecessary.

In general, the application lacks grammar, and as a non-native English speaker, I struggled to interpret some of thestatements.

“With this being said I have the knowledge being aware and open minded all the time. One important thing about this skills is the ability to keep relationships with anyone.”

This is the only part where I see potential, but it is not enough to convince me.I do not see any other attributes that might answer the question. “Why should we choose you over other applicants?”

"the ability to keep relationships with anyone" Keeping relationships would me more a negative than positive and that you don't know that makes me believe that you also do not fulfil "I have the knowledge being aware" because if you would have this you should be aware that you need to be unbiased which is why this "Being able to keep relationships with a lot a people allows you to be more known, get more knowledge, and even possibly discover life more." is not very good for a moderator.

"To conclude this part I love the community, the mods, and the owners of it. I always try and help when I can and when people need it. I loved every moment I been apart of this community And wish I been apart of it sooner. To end this off I just want to say I'm a loving, kind hearted, and open minded person who just wants to experience life at its very best."
I am confused about everything of this text you are jumping from one point to another point. This text is the most unconhesive text I have ever seen which makes me thing that you might be also very unorganized. (To conclude I only hear somebody say that they love me when I look at the mirror with the biggest brain damage ever)

This application just talks about your life. You ignored the most important question out of all of them: "Why should we choose you over other applicants?". You just talk about your emotions and your personal life, and you don't give us points of why should we choose you.

I hope you give us legitimate reasons on why should we choose you.
